Cost
$35 per player, max. $70 per family.
New
players will need a copy of their birth certificate.
SOFTBALL
– Birth date must be January 1997 through December
2002**
BASEBALL
– Birth date must be May 1997 through April 2005**
**Players
League Age 5 and 6 will be placed in the Coed Tee Ball
Division.
Players
must be a resident of Belmont, NH. Registration,
Medical Release and Volunteer forms are available here.
Fill them in online, print, and bring with you to
save time!
